Moringa Choco Truffles

Cranberry Moringa Choco Truffles

A delectable sweet that can be eaten as a snack or as a dessert. The dark chocolate coating gives a great taste to the dried cranberries and added to it is Moringa

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries chopped
  • 2-3 Tbsp water
  • 1/4 cup Moringa powder
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • as required Dark chocolate melted to coat
 
Instructions for preparing Cranberry Moringa Choco Truffles
  1. In a blender add almond flour, grated coconut, dried cranberries and run the blender. The mix will be sticky.
  2. Add to a bowl and add water, cocoa powder and Moringa powder. 
  3. Make balls. Set aside
  4. Melt the dark chocolate and set aside. 
  5. Coat the balls with melted dark chocolate and put in a baking tray to refrigerate for 2 hours until hard
  6. Coat with Moringa powder and enjoy on its own or with any beverage
