Rainy season brings us an opportunity to relax in our garden on a chair with family & loved ones and enjoy the rain with tea and tea time snacks , drumstick flower pakora is well go with tea at that time. Drum stick, leaves and flowers all are good agent of anti viruses. Drumsticks flowers or blossoms dishes are not as common as the vegetable Drumstick is. Because it’s not easily available in the market. Drumstick is one of the rare plant species whose leaves, seeds, flowers are edible and extremely nutritious. The flowers have such a delicate and soft texture, but once cooked, it takes a deeper robust flavour, similar to the taste of mushrooms.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Besan gram flour
- 2 table spoons Cornflour
- to taste Chilli powder
- 1 spoon ginger garlic paste
- 1 pinch Sodium bi carbonate
- to taste Salt
- as required Oil to fry
- 1/2 tea spoon Dhania powder / coriander
- 1 bowl Drumstick flower
- 2 spoons Chopped coriander leaf
- 2 chopped green chillies
- Instructions for preparing Drumstick Flower Pakoras
- In a bowl mix besan, cornflour, salt, soda, chilli powder, garlic ginger paste, coriander leaves, chopped chilli, coriander powder.
- make a semi liquid batter.
- Heat oil.
- Dip one by one drumstick flower and fry it.
- Serve it hot with sauce.
