Drumstick Flower Egg Burji

Drumstick Flower Egg Burji is a tasty dish and a great combination with roti or as side dish for lunch and dinner. Drumstick flowers has got many health benefits, they are rich in protein, it prevents from frequent infections, throat, skin. With the help of drumstick flower we can make cutlets, vadas, side dish, samber and curries.

Ingredients

  • Eggs 3  
  • Drumstick Flowers 2 cups
  • Oil  1 tblsp
  • Onion  1 huge  
  • Green Chilly 3 
  • Pepper Powder  1/2  tsp
  • Salt to taste
 

Instructions : 

  1. Wash eggs . 
  2. Wash the drumstick flowers. 
  3. Finely chop onion n green chilly .
  4. In a kadai add oil add chopped onion n fry till transparent.
  5. Add chopped green chilly n stir for few seconds.
  6. Add drumstick flowers n cook for a while till it wilt’s, then add salt.
  7. Mix well n add beaten eggs n stir well, till eggs are cooked. 
  8. Sprinkle pepper powder n mix again.
