Moringa dhokla
Ingredients
For Moringa dhokla
- 1 cup Rava
- 1 cup Besan
- 1 cup Curd
- 2 tbsp Moringa powder
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- to taste Salt
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Eno fruit salt
- For Tempering:
- 1 tsp Rai/black mustard seeds
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 5-6 Green chillies
- 1/2 cup Water
Instructions for preparing Moringa dhokla
- Take a large bowl combine rava, besan,moringa powder, curd, lemon juice, salt, sugar and one tbsp oil and one cup of water.
- Keep aside for 15 mins.
- Add eno fruit, salt in the dhokla batter and pour the batter into the plate and steam for 10 mins.
- Heat oil in a pan, add rai/black mustard seeds. Once it gets crackled and then add the sesame seeds green chilli and half cup of water.
- Pour it over the dhokla and cut in with small pieces.
- Enjoy dhokla with tomato sauce.
