Tropical Green Smoothie
Summer is here! And we are cooling down with these Tropical Green Smoothie! They are full of ingredients to support your skin, digestion, and help you reduce stress.
Ingredients
- amaranth leaves or fresh spinach
- malunggay leaves (moringa leaves), remove stalks use leaves only*
- soy milk or your choice of plant-based milk
- frozen bananas
- squeezed lemon
- honey
- chia seeds
- pineapple
Instructions
- Start putting the malunggay or moringa leaves and amaranth leaves in the blender.
- After that, you can add all the ingredients
- In a high powered blender, blend until smooth.
- It would take around 30 seconds to 1 minute
- Don’t be fooled by the color, it’s delicious and refreshing!
- Garnish with chia, pineapple cuts, and moringa leaves
- Serve immediately.
