Cranberry Moringa Choco Truffles
A delectable sweet that can be eaten as a snack or as a dessert. The dark chocolate coating gives a great taste to the dried cranberries and added to it is Moringa
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries chopped
- 2-3 Tbsp water
- 1/4 cup Moringa powder
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- as required Dark chocolate melted to coat
Instructions for preparing Cranberry Moringa Choco Truffles
- In a blender add almond flour, grated coconut, dried cranberries and run the blender. The mix will be sticky.
- Add to a bowl and add water, cocoa powder and Moringa powder.
- Make balls. Set aside
- Melt the dark chocolate and set aside.
- Coat the balls with melted dark chocolate and put in a baking tray to refrigerate for 2 hours until hard
- Coat with Moringa powder and enjoy on its own or with any beverage
